Who doesn't love adorable, endearing animals? Our sanctuary for rescued farm animals is full of over 400 of these special creatures and we've been encouraging compassion and inspiring change for over 15 years now! We're so excited to continue to grow and touch more lives with a message of hope, healing and compassion. These are the hallmarks of the incredible ministry that God has blessed me with and I am SO excited to share it with others in a very tangible way.
Because I take great pleasure in helping our friends find beautiful things to make their lives better that DO a beautiful thing at the same time, I started our online retail store, The Pink Pigs. Thousands of people visit Rooterville Animal Sanctuary every year. It is a spectacular home to over 400 of the most precious rescued animals, complete with butterfly gardens and even hives of honey bees. It is everything a sanctuary should be and we want it to grow so that we can touch even more lives and have an even greater impact on our world for GOOD.
Our mission is to encourage compassion and inspire change. Health cannot be bought but it surely can be achieved by making kind choices! Educating, encouraging and equipping our friends and visitors to embrace a healthy, kind and sustainable lifestyle is what we do at Rooterville Animal Sanctuary but it takes a lot of money to fund our work, so we needed to find ways to generate revenue while giving great people the opportunity to buy things for themselves, their homes and their loved ones that also align with their core foundation of beliefs: Compassion, Kindness, Caring for the Environment and helping our bodies get and stay healthy.
So, we started our online retail store, The Pink Pigs to help accomplish all of these grandiose dreams. There is tremendous potential here, we just need some awesome, passionate and like-minded people to make it a huge success, that's where YOU come in!
100% of ALL proceeds from our online store support our charitable work. On top of that, we donate a percentage of our online sales to other charities every month to help lift them up and encourage them too. We want to grow our faith-based jewelry and apparel section to be able to help support some of the Christian charities that are working to make a difference in the world too.
Here at Rooterville Animal Sanctuary and The Pink Pigs, we have a BIG vision! We know that with the help of a whole bunch of amazing people we can bring this vision to reality! And in doing so, the world will be a little kinder, a little brighter and a hopefully, a lot healthier too!
