Bio

I have a basketball based multimedia outlet, called Shayz Dayz. I cover much of the basketball scene in NYC and travel outside the state to cover different events. I’m very involved in the basketball community and have become a staple in the grassroots level(streetball, high school, etc.).
I have a passion for, both, basketball and the arts. Combining those two is how I came up with Shayz Dayz.

As I continue to grow and evolve, I will maintain my "moving to the beat of my own drum" mentality because that is what has proven to be the best way to go about my brand and life. If I followed others' blueprints, I would not be where I am now. Creating my own lane isn't easy, but it feels good, empowering, and worth it.

Since what I'm doing hasn't been seen before, it's been difficult for brands/companies to truly see my value. For some, the fact that I'm a woman in a male dominated space clouds their thoughts about things. Regardless of it all, I will continue to move forward with my authentic and unique approach as there will be a brand/company that will see my value or, at least, attempt to see it.
