Hi, I'm a mother of 3 kids, a fur mamma, and wife. Im a very active person and I'm all about being healthy all around. Not just physically but also what what I'm fueling my body with
and mentally. Being healthy is more than just exercising, what we fuel our bodies with and our mental status plays a role in living a healthy lifestyle too. Life will never be perfect but making the most of what you have and being thankful for life is what helps me push through life daily. I always look for the positive in life and take life crises as a learning experience instead of only seeing the negativity. Not that you should ignore the negatives of the situation but learn from them, accept that you can't change the past and only you can change your future is what I always remind myself and try to help others realize.
