Bio

I have not always been one of those "fit chicks" who loves being active and eating healthy. Honestly, I am still pretty far from being that type of person. I enjoy chillin with my Netflix and ice cream far more than I enjoy going to the gym and eating chicken, rice and broccoli.


That is exactly why I got into this! I was always the "fat kid" who ate more than my brothers and hated sports. Once got into my early twenties, I realized I couldn't just eat whatever I wanted if I wanted to look a certain way.

So I hired a trainer. She helped me learn the basics of resistance training and taught me how to count macros for my goals.


Now, 12 years later I create programs to teach others the same. It doesn't always have to be chicken, rice and broccoli! Eat the cookie! Training doesn't always need to take several hours a week with endless amounts of cardio! If you have an efficient program you can work smart, not hard and then go home and Netflix n chill.
