Hello everyone!!
I am working hard to pursue my dreams of becoming a fitness influencer. My journey started about 4 years ago. Although, I haven't kept the best track of my progress, as far as photos. I have lost a great amount of fat and built a fair amount of muscle. I am hoping to inspire people to engage in a healthy lifestyle in a healthy way. I am in love with lifting weights and coaching people on proper form and new exercises for different muscle groups. I have medical background so I am very educated on your muscles in your body, as well as how they work!
