Sharing my journey to a more mindful and spiritual life is my passion and my purpose in life.

My need for helping others stems from my belief that absolutely anyone can create an inner transformation to lead the life they DREAM. And it does NOT matter what their past situation looked like.

My mission is to help others learn to have a more natural, fulfilling, meaningful, and spiritual life while on a path to discovering your true purpose in this crazy life.

But don't be mistaken. I live in the real world, with real world problems. I work from my heart and teach from my very real struggles and experiences.

I write this blog to share my journey out of drug use and domestic abuse — into recovering like a BOSS and living with wholeness and spirituality.
