I WAS one of the many trainers, preaching calorie deficits and 2-a-days in the gym. That's what I WAS TAUGHT in University! I didn't know any better. Neither do most of the trainers out there. Everyone is so stuck on old dieting methods, and we've gotten so used to the restrictive ideals that dieting often entails. Calorie counting, hours of cardio, it's not enjoyable, nor is it sustainable or LOGICAL.
Apex believes that "dieting" should not be a sacrifice. It shouldn't be restrictive, and people shouldn't live with the paranoia of counting calories. "Indulging" shouldn't be something that negates your hard work. Your body is better off BECAUSE of your indulgences, when used appropriately. It's just about learning & leveraging your body type, chronotype and hormonal cues.
