Bio

Breaking personal records while breaking the mold of a traditional athlete, I’m a high-performance runner, a dedicated father of two, and a full-time employee. Balancing a demanding job, raising two young children, and maintaining a rigorous training schedule, I’ve mastered the art of juggling responsibilities. My personal best of 2:32 in the marathon, set in 2023, stands as a testament to this.

From earning a spot at the World Francophone Games in Lebanon in 2009 to being named Athlete of the Year across all sports at my university, my running journey has been marked by numerous accolades. I’ve also taken on the role of coaching college level cross-country, an endeavor that led to me being named Coach of the Year in 2016.

Transitioning from a successful career as an 800m runner, I’ve discovered a profound passion for the marathon. The marathon, with its distinctive training regimen, complex interplay of nutrition and stress management, and the sense of camaraderie that permeates the event, has enthralled me in a way no other running event has. Even after two decades and an annual mileage exceeding 2,400, my passion for running is as strong as ever.

I’m on a mission to share my wealth of experience and high-impact habits with the running community on Instagram. I aim to inspire my children and followers alike about the importance of an active lifestyle and the pursuit of long-term goals.
