Bio

My name is Joshua Gabrielson and my passion is wedding video. With roughly 500+ weddings in my career, I’m considered a vet in the industry with roughly 20 some odd years of working in broadcasting, Hollywood and of course, wedding video.

Today, I take on a VERY limited amount of wedding clients each year (15 max) and when I’m not filming weddings I enjoy my time working at Roanoke College and teaching my daughter Juliana photography and video skills.

Personal: I also love coin collecting, Mexican foods, fine wine and craft brew, oh and spending time with my wife, Carole. I’m a sci-fi nerd at heart and I love automobiles. I love music from TobyMac and I enjoy time with family.

Education: I have degrees in Business Administration, Business Management and my post-grad studies were at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA.

Location: While I used to travel to all 50 states, I now focus on Virginia, DC, North Carolina and South Carolina now that I’m filming part-time.

My Style: Clients say that my style is clean, simple, unfiltered and unobtrusive. I use professional gear and have a complete tool chest to create wonderful video & films.

Rates: I no longer charge $3-4,000 for my services because honestly, I don’t need to any longer. I film because it’s fun, enjoyable and I don’t rely on your business to keep my doors open. I offer the same level of service I did years ago without all the overpriced costs that are out in the marketplace today.
