Hi there! I am Mathea and I have been a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) for more than 20 years. I have experience helping individuals improve/prevent a wide variety of conditions, both chronic and acute. I have a realistic approach to nutrition advice that I hope you find refreshingly helpful and I don’t like to limit choices.

Renal Diet Menu Headquarters is a website that provides specialized information about renal and kidney diets to those people who need more information from a professional. The website is owned by a registered dietitian nutritionist (me) that works to bring you specialized nutritional information that relates only to the renal diet needs you have.

On another note, despite the vast number of people who claim to be a “nutritionist,” few actually qualify as a true, evidence-based, credentialed nutrition professional. I have two Bachelor’s Degrees, one in Nutrition and one in Kinesiology. I also have a Master’s of Business degree, I completed a supervised 9-month dietetic internship, and I passed the RDN board certification test in order to become a legit nutrition expert. I complete bountiful hours of continuing education annually. Your doctor and nurses don't have the hours of study that I have done related to your dietary needs. I use an evidence-based approach and I love to be practical.
