Our osetra and beluga hybrid caviar comes from the birthplace of the delicacy, where sturgeons have exact same living conditions as they had for thousands of years, but in sustainable manner.

** Our sturgeon live in their native environment, which has been made ecologically clean over the past decade.
** Because our fish live in the river itself, they are living in the moving waters produced by nature, which cannot be reproduced indoors or any standing water pond.
** Most of the food our fish enjoy come from nature just as it would have in the wild.
** As a northern fish, experiencing winter and the cycle that it is a part of is vital, but cannot be reproduced outside of nature.
** Only natural salt from Lake Baskunchak is added to the final product.
