Hello there! I am a 20 year old college student invested in my fitness journey. I began my fitness journey in the year 2019. Like many others I was self conscious and insecure about my health and physical appearance. Throughout my journey, I have endured several challenges and setbacks that caused me to almost want to give up. However, I managed to take control and keep it going. The thing is, it all starts in the mind. Once you change your mindset, anything is possible. My goal is to motivate and encourage others to step out of their comfort zone and challenge themselves. Like the great master Yoda says, "Do or do not. There is no try."
