After being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease in 2016, I embarked on a quest to figure out how to manage my newfound anxiety, stress, insomnia and chronic pain without the nasty side effects of prescription drugs.

I tried everything. Supplements, books, exercise, meditation, apps, changing my diet … you name it.

But I still felt like crap … and my lack of sleep was starting to take its toll on me physically and mentally.

In 2019, I discovered CBD. I had dabbled in cannabis for my insomnia but didn’t have much experience with this trendy new plant-based compound.

So I gave it a try, not expecting much.

After years of biohacking my body and trying nearly every supplement you can think of, this stuff really worked for me.
