[AD] And here we have it! The final result, which I've been waiting to share with you all for the last 7 months - Plymouth Gin's 'Mr King's 1842 Recipe'.

I've been working alongside @homeofplymouthgin to create this wonderful new product. From juniper picking in the hillsides of Umbria to exploring the UK’s oldest distillery and the very home of Plymouth Gin - I was lucky enough to be a part of the journey every step of the way.

'Mr King's 1842 Recipe' has history engrained within its roots, with Master Distiller, Sean Harrison uncovering the recipe from archives dating back from over 170 years ago. Including only juniper berries and orris roots, it's fair to say Plymouth Gin is taking gin back to its natural form. .
@homeofplymouthgin is a global brand yes, but it is not a huge one, with just 3 people distilling thousands of bottles of gin, within the oldest working gin distillery in the country. It was great working with them as this is a brand that recognised and appreciated its own history, one that stuck to its roots, it has been a lot of fun watching this whole process, and exciting to see something on the shelves that I had a part in.

Next time you are taking a sip of gin just remember this, many of the ingredients in your drink have been hand-picked, and I can assure you, bashing juniper berries off an almighty prickly bush is not the easiest thing I’ve ever done! So please, have a drink on me and enjoy it!
