About
I took over the Piroshki on 3rd when I was 23 because I love making desserts and pastries. The restaurant was East European however I'm Filipino. I realized that Filipino East European provides for some very tasty combinations.
I've appeared on Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives, Seattle Refined and New Day TV to show how I prepare some of my famous meals and pastries.
