Ironman World Champion | Health & Performance Coach.
In 2012 Pete won the Hawaii Ironman Triathlon, improving from 2nd place the year before, and holds one of the fastest ever marathon splits at the World Championship race - 2:41:05 at the end of the Hawaii Ironman!

Pete has learnt endlessly about health & performance to overcome fatigue & inflammation that had troubled him since he was a teenager. First he learnt to ‘deal with’ the chronic fatigue & become World Champion, then he had to learn how to get his true health & energy back for good to become the leader in health and performance coaching he now is.

Now a certified MAF Coach, Health Coach, & a Performance Coach for anyone seeking more energy, health, & better performance in any aspect of life.

Pete is focused on the big picture lifestyle changes, but understands each topic in incredible depth - mindset, lifestyle, nutrition, exercise, sleep & recovery.
