Hello everyone! My name is Atena and I a certified Health Coach on a mission to bring fun and simplicity back into health! Many people cringe at the idea of adopting a healthy lifestyle because they think they will have to make numerous sacrifices or change their life completely. I am a firm believer that sudden change is not sustainable change, so I help people find their pace and create a plan for their health. I work with people 1:1 and through online programs, and my focus areas are fighting inflammation, reducing added sugars and processed foods, and teaching people how to make the right decisions for their health.
