SPECIAL NEED CHILD
My youngest son was born with Cerebral Palsy.A milestone that changed the course of my entire life.
What do I do now? Why is this happening to me? Am I being punished? Why ?Why?Why? The questions played back and forth in my head . I can’t work now, because I have a child with exceptional needs to care for .

Once I stepped back and looked closely at the situation I was able to embrace what was before me. For I began to lean totally on the scripture that states “I can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens me.
CAREGIVER
Thank God for previous experiences as a foster parent ,caring for kids who had various physical and sometime emotional needs, in fact my first foster children was a little girl who was substance exposed and a little boy who had severe cerebral palsy.Because of these experiences I was able to care for my newborn and get the necessary help to meet his needs, while attending to my own.
ADVOCACY
I had always prided myself on being a advocate for families not knowing where to turn for help concerning their kids, and directing them to the proper resources in the community.I love being a parent , which was my choice ,no it has not always been easy but with the help of God, and family support I made it. AndI want you to know that you can too.

Our family is the launching pad for all that I do. I love helping others learn how to improve their family situation and assist those interested in starting their own business or learning more about how to create a life and legacy for the family they love. We also enjoy traveling and experiencing different places.
