I'm a freelance writer with backgrounds in photography, videography, and an MFA in modern dance. Over the past year I had my first child, which introduced me to the whirlwind that is motherhood (by far the toughest job I've encountered!)

The Very Happy Pear is a lifestyle blog where I write about our day to day experiences, and the beautiful (and ugly, depressing, frustrating, wonderful) things about being a mother. I also write about different products that we've loved having in our home, as well as take high quality photographs, and in some cases create short promotional videos that help build awareness and drive traffic and revenue.
