Om City Yoga, located in the heart of Manhattan’s Upper East Side, offers grounding classes amidst our vibrant urban setting. Our studio embraces yoga as a way to elevate the daily New York experience – not escape it. We strive to strengthen a collective connection to our environment.
At Om City find a path to your spirit, intuition and community. Students take what they need from their time on the mat and let the rest go. Our classes serve all abilities and allow you to grow your practice inward. Our teachers have decades of experience serving all populations of students from beginners to more seasoned practitioners.
