Nomad Syndicate was created for the purpose of empowering the individual as they forge their own path and yet connecting them with others in a broader sense so that we are one tribe again. We utilize our clothing to cover the outside and the inside of a person. The outside of person is easy to cloth, but clothing with messages of encouragement, dignity, humor, or strength are how we cloth the inside of a person. We believe that a strong individual makes a stronger collective, hence our brand name. The Nomad is the individual on their own path. The Syndicate is where we come together in a confederation instead of a dictatorship style business model. We are flipping the model of business on its head. The old ways are dead ways and useless for modern mankind. Our approach is that we collaborate with our customers and our partners as equals giving them dignity and respect and vice versa. We learn from customers as much as they learn from us. Titles and positions are less important than example by leadership. We are approachable and able to be reached. We are engaged and truly care about our products and our customers. We do business like a special forces group that does things asymmetrically and efficiently instead of a big slow moving heartless organization. If we take care of customers and show them we honestly care about them then what we are selling is community instead of just emotionless business transactions. We do this because we have been the victims of businesses that do not care, give you insufficient products coupled with the infamous tiered system of customer service that is useless to the customer.
