I've spent over ten years in the health and fitness :muscle: industry as a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Specialist :apple: and a Licensed Zumba Instructor :dancer: , inspiring hundreds of people to good health. :peach: :muscle:

I know what it feels like to be overweight :frowning: , want to do something about it, try and keep failing over and over again. :frowning: :frowning: :frowning:

You see thirteen years ago, I weighed in at a whopping 206 pounds!

I tried everything possible to lose weight and keep it off but I kept on failing – until I uncovered the key to sustainable weight loss. :key: :smiley:

Today, lost 71 pounds and kept off for a whopping 14 years! I recently placed 5th in my first NPC Bikini Competition :bikini: and I am currently training for a fitness competition :dancer:

So I've lived it. Heard it. Seen it. -And Oh yeah, I get it! :eyes:
