Hello good to meet you. I'm Nicola, an Empowerment Mindset Mentor and Coach and I love helping women discover how to monetize their potential and redefine themselves using holistic proven practices that affect both the body, mind and spirit.

I help them improve their mindset and redefine who they are in a more deeply connected way that mirrors out into the world who they are, attracting the right kind of business and people they want to work with, either in a new career, side gig, business or lifestyle.

Some of my clients have called my work, therapy and coaching combined and I do see my work bringing great value in understanding how our emotional wounds drive us to make the choices we do, and how to break free of these experiences so we don't keep making the same mistake.

I have worked with thousands of people worldwide, CEOs, Educators, Entrepreneurs, Influencers, Veterans, Actors and many more, helping them break fee of sabotaging emotions that paralyze and prevent them from seeing clearly how they can create more fulfillment and success for themselves, creating a new business or taking the next step. I call this discovering your diamond potential.

I am also an Author, my book is called Hot Water for Tea, available on Amazon, that provides preventative health and beauty tips using teas and essential oils as plant medicine that I have been using for years as support tools for my clients in their self-improvement work.

I empower female entrepreneurs and business owners to more deeply connect with themselves, and help them connect the dots of their life, their experiences, gifts and strengths plugging these into creating an offering or service that will bring them success, fulfill them and make a difference.

I am originally British and used to work in the corporate world in London, until 23 years ago when I came to Los Angeles and have stayed successfully building my business by mainly word of mouth.

I work with my own coaching clients and at an anxiety center where I get to work first hand using my proven methods to help individuals overcome post traumatic stress, anxiety, overwhelm, anger, fear, panic and many more of those limiting emotions like imposter syndrome, fear of not being good enough etc, that overtake us.

I am excited to help women discover their empowerment, freedom and prosperity. I am a great believer in spreading the wealth for all of us so we can enjoy lifestyles and work that bring us our greatest joy.

I offer two programs - One is 1:1 private live mentoring called Redefine Yourself and the other an online 6 hr training program - How to Decode Your Emotions, a Self Care Kit for overcoming stress and overwhelm.
