I am Nguyen Tran, a consulting electronics engineer.
As a freshman at University, I re-invented meditation using an active mind with slow breath regulation to help remove severe study stress. After testing the new meditation for 20 minutes a day for one week, the study stress was reduced. After four weeks, the mind was back to normal. My mates experienced the same thing. The re-invented meditation, help us do well in our study, get high marks in exams and have time for sports, hobbies, and socializing with our friendly Aussies. Our new mind gave us a powerful tool to deal with fears and doubts. We led a University life with ease and in a relaxed manner. I practice every day for 56 years since.
I am writing a book about this active mind meditation re-invented when I was a teenager. It has the power to transform young readers into having a better life just as it did to me, and other overseas first-year students. The timing is excellent for the book to spread it around. A recent USA survey has shown that the number of meditators has tripled in seven years. The active mind meditation uses gentle yoga poses to exercise every muscle in the body. The slow breathing enables the mind to visualize every brain center for improving the study and every center in the body for better sport. It gets all centers to synchronize to look after a meditator's mental and physical activities. A meditator's mind controls four types of breaths: modified normal breath (6 seconds long), oxygen breath (14 seconds long), quantum breath (14 seconds long), and resonant breath (21 seconds long). The oxygen breath comes from oxygen brought in by the lungs and distributed by the heart. A quantum exists in neurons, a fundamental electronic particle in our nerve and brain. Hence quantum breath comes from nerve and brain. It highlights the vital existence of quantum energy in humans. The subconscious mind also involves the five brain waves. Theta brainwaves are the gateway to learning, memory, and intuition from within. Delta brainwaves enable us to enter in most profound meditation or dreamless sleep. Healing and regeneration are in this state. Active mind meditation becomes a rescuing for modern industrial society. The mind active meditation helps with super deep sleep for restoring exhaustion. It focuses on seven centers from the brain and seven centers from the body. Mind visualization of these chosen centers creates anti-aging delaying natural aging.
Visualization encourages hormones to keep producing while they are on a declining path. The earth's magnetic field affects the flow of a charged quantum. When facing East, the flow is circular, and when a facing North, the flow is helical. The helical flow reminds me of Kundalini, the latent energy snake curling up three and a half turn at the base of the spine. When Kundalini awakens, the snake moves from the bottom of the spine to the crown of the head. In reality, the size of a quantum helix is microscopic compared to that of a snake. Meditators, who practice the new meditation, will do well in study, do well at work, do well in sports, dream big and succeed, overcome challenge and difficulties, banish stress, avert soft bone caused by osteoporosis, reduce sugar in the blood caused by diabetes, shred weight, hone skills and talents, tap the mind power, and stay young and healthy in a comfortable and relaxed manner
The new meditation helped me remain young and graduate with three degrees BE (Electronics), BSc (Quantum Physics), and Ph.D. (Commercial Aircraft Navigation). I trained with low impact yoga poses to exercise all muscles in the body. My mind controls four slow breaths to prevent it from wandering. For gentle yoga poses, I used Hatha Yoga, written by Theos Bernard, a USA Ph.D. student, who studied yoga and meditation in India. As a result, I had a wonderful time studying electronics engineering in Australia.
I am writing a book to spread the information on the mind active meditation to the young generation of the world. I have joined influence.co to look for partners to market and sell the book after it is printed. I taught it to many people: students, hotel clients, seniors, thirteen groups from the weight control club TOWN (Taking Off Weight Naturally). I demonstrated the method at meetings. Nine American podcasters interview me, one has one million followers. The meditation is a transformational technology for the humankind in the exhausting and stressful working environment.
