I’m Tajda and I moved to Manchester, UK exactly 3 weeks ago. Veganism has had such a positive influence on my life. I see it as something that’s closely related to a broader spectrum of movements such as the low waste movement, mindfulness, and slow fashion. I’m always happy to spread the message about the positive sides of being a vegan, but I'm not here to preach. What makes plant-based living such a fulfilling lifestyle for me is the fact that it's all about connecting with your community, finding joy in little things (like no milk powder on the ingredients list, right?!) and getting in touch with your own needs while learning from your mistakes.

I run a creative platform My Vegan Minimalist (@myveganminimalist) where I advocate for a more mindful way of eating, living, and shopping. This blog is my tiny little baby and it really unleashed the creativity I never knew I could share with the world. If you're just new to it or struggling with veganism, I definitely encourage you to get involved with the online community.

My work as a writer and photographer is influenced by a number of my interests; such as fair fashion (I founded a sustainable clothing brand Knit And Green @knitandgreen), minimalism and sustainability.
