It’s completely bogus when your water heater pilot goes out and you have to rifle through a drawer to find out that you didn’t even save the manual in the first place and now you have to go online and search for the right model of water heater in order to restart it. It is not bogus to have all that information at your fingertips. At one point we thought our tagline should be “Centriq: We’re not bogus” but decided that was a little vague. That example repeats itself over and over again for all different types of solutions, from cameras to major appliances and beyond, and it leads to one core idea: Ownership shouldn’t be difficult. There should be no hoops to jump through to get what you need, to learn what you want and make the most out of what you own.
