Bio

I'm an Island girl who believes in health from all aspects of the quadrant of life. I love everything to do with fitness, food and motivation related. I also, live by the 80-20 rule and portray balance through travel and fun on my page.

MussBeFit was birthed about a year and a half ago, when I realised that I not only enjoyed working out, but also recording and interacting with strangers about fitness via social media. My motivation stems from the strength of many other beautiful women I come across on the various social media platforms. MussBeFit has grown to be more than just a place to find a fitness trainer, but also a platform for women to encourage one another, and a place of openness to share any challenges.

Having a mixture of outdoor and gym workouts, along with healthy food options and motivational quotes, MussBeFit is a daily mentally refreshing spot for women of all ages.
