Bio

Hi, I’m Jac and I’m obsessed with travel! I caught the bug as a child. My dad was an international flight attendant so some of my earliest memories are of trips to Zimbabwe, the Greek Isles, and all over Australia; I followed in his steps with a couple of years as cabin crew myself, then after leaving that to start my family returned to the industry as a travel agent.

This has accorded me the privilege of frequent trips to the US, UK, Europe, New Zealand but there are many other destinations left! I also love a road trip with my family, and have been a bit of a nomad over the years, living in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide, as well as stints in Coober Pedy, Darwin, Bowral and now Geelong.

One of the big reasons I love my job is that half the fun is planning the trip – having the idea, researching destinations and activities, expanding out all the possibilities, then bringing it all together! The other big thrill is helping people realise their dreams – the look on their faces when they ask “Can we actually do that?” still gives me goosebumps.

Everyone has different tastes and interests so there is no one size fits all; it’s my job to ask you the right questions to learn about your personality, what you love and love to do, and build up the right itinerary. No idea is too left field or out of the question - it doesn’t matter if you’ve always wanted to cruise around Scandinavia and see the aurora, or you’re planning a destination wedding in New Caledonia, fantasise about a round the world ticket with a month in Provence and five nights in New York, want to take the kids to the Gold Coast, or just need a flight and a night in Sydney for work (with a tip on where to take a client for dinner!), I can get you there.

Aside from my travel experience, I also have specialist training in New Caledonia and I'm a registered CLIA Cruise agent so can give you advice on all kinds of cruising whether it's a south west pacific cruise from Australia, river cruising in Europe, Alaska, luxury and expedition cruising.
