I am the woman behind Momsatwork and DigiTalent. After working in an international executive search firm, I gained experience and expertise in the recruitment industry. Intertwining my experience and knowledge in law and HR, I am now offering my services and expertise as a full cycle HR and Recruitment Specialist to clients from across the globe.

As a freelance HR and Recruitment Director, I found freedom, flexibility, and financial security in freelancing. That's why I wanted to share the same with my fellow moms to enjoy the same.

I also have a background across other settings, including nonprofit, the academe, and a legal firm, having worked as a community extension head, special science teacher, and training consultant. I am a political science graduate holding a Bachelor of Laws and a master's in public administration.

And it's my mission to help my clients navigate their 360-degree, full recruitment cycle from crafting a clear and concise job description to sourcing candidates on Social Media channels, screening candidates, interviewing potential hires, understanding the needs of the client, making recommendations, drafting employment contracts, up to the on-boarding process.

I endeavor to not just attract the most qualified candidates for my clients but to build a STRONG BRAND to make sure we retain the most qualified talent.
