Bio

I’m a Taiwanese-American woman, born and raised in the SF Bay Area, California. I work in tech full-time and am passionate about conscious consumerism, sharing affordable ways to participate in sustainable and conscious fashion.

As a part of challenging traditional Asian beauty standards, I actively participate in the Asian Curly community encouraging women to embrace their natural hair textures, challenging the notion that only sleek straight hair can be beautiful. I post about brands I love that prioritize diversity and inclusivity.

Fitness wise, I am also a former wushu athlete and competitive powerlifter. Powerlifting has empowered me to see physical activity as a way to pursue strength instead of losing weight. I encourage women to not be afraid of taking up more space instead of becoming smaller. My best competition lifts are a 314lb/142.5kg squat, 176lb/80kg bench press, and a 402lb/182.5kg deadlift.
