In 2016 we started a project – how to produce a cocktail service for our wedding. A bar was too slow and too expensive, and the premixed cocktails we had found were not very nice.
We spent six months learning about ageing, ingredients, recipes, and processes. We tried every idea we had. We had a lot of tasting parties that were extremely popular 🤣 Finally the drinks were ready, and off they went to the venue. That was the end of the project.
Only it wasn’t. The event was a crazy success, and we were overwhelmed with the feedback on the drinks. We spent many a long bus journey in South America talking about whether we could bring a cocktail company to life.
That was nearly three years ago. We’ve learned a lot, and the drinks are at amazing retailers like Fortnum & Mason, along with cinemas, gig venues and restaurants up and down the country. We get to work together on something we really love and best of all, we get to hear all the time from people that have enjoyed what we made. We hope you like them too!
