Hi Guys! Im Melanie but everyone calls me Mel and I am here cause I want to share my story with you. I like connecting with people that are going through the same or had gone through the same struggles. I suffer from anxiety disorders, so sometimes is hard to have a normal day. I make the most of it by doing the things I love like working out. I have been working out for 10 years now and No! i am no where near where i should be, but its only cause life happens and sometimes we have time and sometimes we don't. I want to offer you a safe place where you can feel comfortable in your own skin and at the same time work on yourself to better yourself both physically and mentally too. i believe that together we can conquer many things so join me and let the fun begin :)
