Maya Hamad is an entrepreneur who has founded Emoteyes Inc, blakINwite digital magazine, and Paws & Fashion online store. She started her career in the United Arab Emirates, entering the Marketing and Communications field, where she excelled in digital marketing, media relations, and brand management roles, focusing on the Middle East and Africa region. She is skilled in art and writing, and qualified in graphic design, communications, and marketing which she now utilizes for the greater good of others. Growing up in the East and West, and later working for multinational companies, she has had the opportunity to interact with a diversity of cultures and thus, grew a passion for connecting with people from different parts of the world.
Based in Chicago, Illinois, she is now the founder of three companies which hold the values of what she’s most passionate about. She strives to make a positive impact in society, bringing change to where it is needed, while connecting and collaborating with people and organizations who share the same mission and values.
