Fitness and training have always been a huge part of my life.

Growing up i was surrounded by sporty family members and grew up in a small town in Europe full of greenery and i had the freedom to run and play all day long as a kid.

Now as a grown and successful business woman and with a professional career i am ready to take on the world of Social Media and share my knowledge and experience in life.

Although fitness is my passion i have also transformed my lifestyle in the past 5 years;

-I became a vegan and will never look back so i always love to talk about the healthy things in life
-I started to travel a lot and going to exciting places like Maldives, Thailand, Dubai, Vietnam, and most of Europe which has expanded my understanding of life
-Became more Adventurous - Taking on sports i wouldn't have imagined i would do and trying new things every week.

And now all i want to do is share this with the world .
