Martiña is a bilingual international speaker, MIND business motivator, glass artist, bestselling author and one of the first Toastmasters members in Puerto Rico to reach the Distinguished Toastmasters award.
She is an experienced Elite Master in Neuro-linguistic reprogramming, optical emotion decoding and hypnotherapy. Founder and senior consultant at Martiña Reyes Global, Speak to Inspire & THE MIND Power Lab.
Here she teaches neuro-communication workshops on how you can impact, inspire and seduce the subconscious of your audience based on the science of neurolinguistics, hypnosis, and assertive communication.

Her passion for understanding human behavior and the power in the words, has saved her life a couple of times , has been her personal driving force. Learning to cope with her Asperger’s condtion has made her a survivor, a condition that forced her to adapt, by choice and necessity. Curiously, some of her aspie unique strengths are a direct result of her distinct wiring.
She found out that the same strategies that she developed to help her survive in a neurotypical world, when she started to apply them in the business world was the key of her success with her clients. The result is a unique set of strengths and an amazing story everyone should hear.

Martiña is a certified trainer for Toastmasters International and the ambassador in Puerto Rico for their Revitalized Education Program (Pathways).

She has several college degrees in the areas of marketing, communications and creative writing with over 30 years of experience as an artist and entrepreneur.

Through her career she has received several recognitions including the first “Business Wonder Woman”, award given in 2012 for her work as an entrepreneur.
Writer and author of the Spanish bestselling book “Conquista tu Grandeza”.
She had the task of coaching public speaking skills and personal development for Stephanie Del Valle, who represented Puerto Rico in the pageant of Miss world, Stephanie managed to become the second Puerto Rican to win after 42 years the prestigious Miss World crown, in 2016.
Martina is an advocate of compassion, an unconditional friend, who believes everybody has something special to give to the world.
