Marq Vision is a company founded by a group of Harvard engineers at Harvard Innovation Lab. We recently developed MARQ, which is a software that enables online retailers to record their packing process so that they can send the recorded videos to customers.
Our software does three things. First, it dramatically reduces product return claims because customers cannot falsely claim that they received a faulty product. Second, it expedites your claims dispute process. Third, customers tend to favor transparent companies and customer satisfaction increases.
