Bio

mama.strong_ was created to share my life a wife, mom of a 2.5 year old son, while also working from home during a pandemic. I share my inner thoughts as a toddler boy mom and my love of small businesses and the amazing items they have to offer. I am also expecting baby #2 in February 2022!

I am currently a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in NYC, but I am moving toward a career in fitness while still using my skills as a trained therapist. I am a CrossFit Level 1 (online) trainer and a BIRTHFIT Leader. My ultimate goal is to work with prenatal and postpartum moms in fitness. As I continue to work on my education, I will be including this niche on my page.
