Luke Thomas serves as Advisor with 40+ years experience in Real Estate Investments, Real Estate Brokerage, Construction, Property Management, Mortgage Banking and Corporate Finance. Luke has been involved in numerous acquisitions, renovations, property management assignments, sales of single family to multi-family income producing properties on up to multi-acre highway interstate commercial properties dealing with lot sales, gross and triple net leasing, billboard and cell tower leases, property-owner association agreements, special assessments and accounting therewith. Luke has worked with SDIRAs since 1987, has work with various entities in private debt and equity in mortgage pools, portfolio acquisitions, value adds and divestitures, encompassing the use of various legal instruments including but limited to, entity agreements, lease options, rolling options, land contracts and has served on advisory committees and board of directors.
