Bio

Lo discovered Yoga at 8 Limbs Yoga Studio in Seattle, Washington. She has practiced with world renowned yoga teachers such as Sarah Powers, Shiva Rea, Sean Corne, Noah Maze, Darren Rhodes, Aadil Palkhivala, and Tim Miller. Lo’s approach is powerful, playful, and heartfelt. She takes a deep interest in motivating people to transform through sweat, laughter, relaxation and to live fearlessly on and off the mat!

Lo has degrees in both Cinema Studies and Drama from the University of Washington in Seattle. She participated in the Pacific Performance Project (P3) with Steve Pearson and Robyn Hunt. Moving to LA, she’s worked in media development and production. Her goal now is to merge her yoga background with her media self. Whether it’s through teaching, coaching content creators, or being on set – she strives to help others find their best creative self in the world and inspire growth.
