L A Leadership Coaching is a personable and authentic leadership training organization equipping leaders, empowering entrepreneurs, and facilitating families by motivating, inspiring and changing lives through our step by step system of training.
This 10 session leadership certification program consist of 20 hours of formal instruction, and focuses on building the foundation of the professional leader.
Graduates of this class are equipped with the leadership skill sets required to elevate themselves and their organizations to the next levels.
New and experienced leaders benefit from the proven leadership frameworks and innovative teaching methodologies designed to enhance and strengthen every aspect of how a leader positively affects their organization.
