Our founder, Kita Centella, began learning about the healing power of plants over thirty years ago, when she was recovering from addictions to alcohol and drugs. For five years, Kita was mentored by a Native American traditional healer who taught her how to heal her body, mind, and spirit using the amazing power of nature.

Learning about healing plants became her passion, and she made a commitment to share what she learned with the world.
