Bio

My name is Quelly and I'm 26 years old. I live on a farm in Norway with 3 dogs and 2 horses - and a whole bunch of other animals. I am currently on a weightloss journey and 7 months in I have lost 25 kgs through healthy eating and exercise, and have a goal to lose 21 more within a year. I'm about to start a new weightloss series where I will be talking about my journey and tips and tricks, as well as a podcast.

I support healthy habits, eating enough and exercise, and I'm a big fan of walking, jogging, horseriding and dog sports. I aim to get as many steps in per day as possible, always between 10 and 30k, and love nature. I want to show people that you can lose weight in a way that you enjoy - healthy and happily, and that exercise doesn`t have to be a chore.

My main platform is tiktok, but will be branching out to a podcast with a launchdate of 10.4.2023
