I am a writer, digital influencer, freelancer, and speaker specializing in active family travel, outdoor recreation, and healthy living. I live in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma with my husband and three children.

I founded active family lifestyle website, LittleFamilyAdventure.com, to encourage families to get outdoors and have “No Child Left Inside.” Topics focus on family travel, outdoor recreation, and healthy living.

I have partnered with healthy living brands, travel destinations, tourism boards, and others to create content for my site and other websites.
