Hello world!
I am a 23 year old girl living in the Sunshine state. I am currently going to school for Kinesiology and Nutrition, my goal is to transform the way people approach health and fitness. It is not a “one size fits all” approach, nor is it a 12 week challenge.
Health and fitness is for life, it is a combination of habits and discipline that you learn throughout life.
Too many people look for a quick fix, a 12 week challenge, fat burning pills, detox drinks.
Not enough people know how many calories they are supposed to be eating, how to properly lose fat without starving your body of its necessary nutrients.
I want the world to know that it is possible to have the life you want, the body you dream of, without having to give up your favorite foods or sacrifice 4 hours of your life a day in the gym.

My goal is to teach others how to manage their health and fitness sustainably, because it’s a marathon, not a race.
