Who we are?
Craize Corn INC, is a corporation located in Miami Florida, that manufactures a very specific thin cracker that had been developed with food engineering after more than 4 years of study. We created a fun and healthy snack, as an evolution from the classical Latin arepa. It is a crunchy maize thin that provides an empty canvas for any topping or for snacking by itself.
The uniqueness Craize is the very special crunchiness, rigidity capabilities and nutrition values on each maize thin, usually this kind of crunchiness plus a very thin product comes from lot of added fats, sugar, wheat or eggs. Craize is a simple base product that we created, that we mix with selected raw ingredients. We are proud holders of a patent pending on this special mix and the cooking process. Craize has been certified Gluten Free, Vegan and Kosher and it will be soon a GMO-free certified.
