My name is Lauren Shedd. My goal in life is to inspire others to live their happiest lives while recommending the best products and services to help them to become the most content version of themselves.

I am passionate about Fashion, Fitness, Beauty, general Lifestyle Wellness, and anything else that allows me to express who I am and what I love.

Since I was young, I have prioritized self-care--mentally and physically--above all else. Today, I am pursuing a degree in Psychology in order to learn how to connect with others and leave a lasting, positive impact on their lives. My devotion to bringing happiness to others is what inspires me to share the best products and services with everyone while expressing my love for the fashion and beauty world at the same time :)
