I'm Laura, a native to Western NC, and still living in the small town where I grew up. I am 37 and my age doesn't bother me at all....at least not yet! Mostly because of all the things I have learned in my years have shaped me into the woman I am today. That, and my love for Botox and Restylane doesn't hurt either. Ha!

I love to shop for clothes, shoes and bags; but I am cost conscious. I love a good bargain and shop sales the vast majority of the time! I just don't think you have to spend a fortune to look like a million bucks. I consider my style to be feminine and classic, think Audrey Hepburn and Jackie O'. I tend to invest in items that I think will be around for a long time and I will get a lot of wear out of too.

I also love to cook and try new recipes and cooking gadgets. It is so therapeutic to get in the kitchen and cook up a great tasting meal for my family. And I especially love to bake....chocolate chip cookie dough cupcakes anyone? In my spare time, you will find me reading a good book or listening to great music, mostly country, because I love the lyrics and stories intertwined.
