Mak Attack FitLife has evolved through the years, but the mission all along the way has been - “To inspire JOY by EMPOWERING women with a mindset shift on their FITNESS journey. It has been her mission help women to embrace adventure and live a WISELY FIERCE life.” Laura Mak was a professional athlete ranking top 10 in the world as an IFBB Fitness Pro, then turned to become a lifestyle entrepreneur. She was founder and designer of her own fitness wear line for 10 years, before starting a long journey to growing her family. Her love of travel has taken her around the world and she is looking forward to her next adventures as she has begun teaching yoga internationally as well as locally. Laura hosts workshops/master classes, is a guest speaker, and shares her love of fitness and life so others can enjoy their life adventures!
