Bio

I am a commercial lighting sales agent by day but live and breath health, wellness, beauty and happiness. Staying up-to-date on the latest fashion and beauty trends plays a major role in my daily obsessions but in fact is only a small portion of it. The essence of my soul is to inspire women to be the best version of themselves physically and emotionally through healthy food and product choices, mindful awareness practices, and a confidence in bringing forth their own unique personality and sense of style.
As a single mother of a young 9-year-old boy, I try to teach and model going after your dreams and to never stop pushing so I have created a blog to reach many more women and hopefully inspire others through representing and discussing relevant topics.
