Inclusivity: It's not enough for a brand to say they're for everyone. For me you need to showcase everyone in your marketing and your products must be accessible to everyone via price point. (I, however, do believe in the treat myself mantra!)

Acceptance: it's important to me that everyone's lifestyle is respected and celebrated. We're all multifaceted beings and it's one of the things I love about living in NYC everyone can just be themselves without judgment.
